MADRID, 21 Oct. (EUROPA PRESS) –

The acting President of the Government, Pedro Sánchez, has conveyed to the President of the Palestinian National Authority, Mahmud Abbas, Spain’s support and solidarity “with the suffering of the population in Gaza.”

Sánchez has shared on the social network terrorist attack perpetrated by the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) against Israel on October 7.

“I have conveyed our support and solidarity with the suffering of the population in Gaza,” Sánchez said in a message alongside the video, in which he also noted that Spain “will increase humanitarian aid and cooperation to Palestine.”

Likewise, he has insisted that “the future in peace and security depends on the two-state solution”, Israel and Palestine, a path that he has already claimed this Saturday in Egypt in his speech in the plenary session of the summit in front of leaders of everyone.
