MADRID, 13 Nov. (EUROPA PRESS) –

The leader of Más País, Íñigo Errejón, has endorsed the opinion of the second vice president, Yolanda Díaz, that the important thing now on the left is not to speak internally but to focus on the problems of the people, in reference to the demand for respect to the purple formation launched by its former leader Pablo Iglesias in order to converge with Sumar.

“The other day the vice president herself recalled a very important thing, that we are in politics not to talk about ourselves but to talk about others, for the public service of those who need it most (…) Defense is very important today mass of the citizens of Madrid of public health, let nothing mislead us”, he said in statements to the media after attending the demonstration in the center of the capital in rejection of the health management of the Community of Madrid.

In this way and questioned about information about the difficulties that the relationship between Díaz with Podemos and Iglesias is going through, Errejón has emphasized that what is relevant is that the progressive arch act in defense of public services and of those who need them most.

After the closure of the ‘Autumn Uni’, Iglesias stressed that Podemos is the main force to the left of the PSOE and that from generosity but also from respect for that position, the confluence with Sumar and other progressive forces should be undertaken.

For her part, the head of Labor has avoided responding directly to the former vice president but has claimed that Sumar is “unstoppable” and “is not anyone’s complement” and that it is made with “patience”.
