He affirms that the Executive has given a “definitive boost” to co-governance, which “is still respect for self-government”

The Secretary General of the PSOE and President of the Government, Pedro Sánchez, has defended that a democracy such as Spain “does not pay tribute to dictators and their henchmen”. “We claim that a Spain with memory is a better Spain”, he added.
Sánchez went to Vitoria this Saturday to take part in a political act in which the general secretary of the PSE-EE, Eneko Andueza, the candidate for general deputy of Álava, Cristina González, and the candidate for mayor of Vitoria also took part. -Gasteiz, Maider Etxebarria.
Previously, the President of the Government visited the facilities of the CTLpack company, located in the Álava Technology Park, in Miñano, where he was accompanied by the Government delegate in Euskadi, Denis Itxaso.
In his speech, Sánchez assured that “inequality” is the current challenge facing societies and stressed that a democracy, such as Spain, “does not pay tribute to dictators or their henchmen”.
“After the approval of the Democratic Memory Law and the exhumations that we are seeing, we claim that a Spain with memory is a better Spain,” he defended.
On the other hand, he has assessed that the current Executive has given a “definitive boost” to co-governance, an issue “that is still respect for self-government and the eighth title of the Constitution.”
In addition, he stressed that the PSOE has given “a definitive boost” to autonomous Spain. “Some complain that this co-governance thing is not working well at all, so let’s talk about how to improve it,” he said.
