MADRID, 17 Oct. (EUROPA PRESS) –
The president of Vox, Santiago Abascal, has pointed out the possibility that Macarena Olona creates a new political party, that for this it is necessary to have a differentiated program from the one proposed by the rest of the formations.
This is how the leader of Vox has expressed himself before Olona’s intention to “take a step forward” with a new political project if the formation led by Santiago Abascal “ceases to be an alternative” after the municipal and regional elections of May 2023.
“I cannot give a political assessment to what does not have political reasons,” he expressed in an interview on Telecinco, collected by Europa Press, when asked about the one who was the head of the list in the elections to the Junta de AndalucĂa.
Of course, Abascal has emphasized that any Spaniard has the right to set up a political alternative and has encouraged all those who “have different ideas to those in the different panorama” to do so.
Along these lines, he recalled that when Vox “succeeds, it does so because it says things that no other party said” and has assured that “if other parties arise in Spain in the future, it will be because they say different things.”
