MADRID, 12 Sep. (EUROPA PRESS) –

The National Securities Market Commission (CNMV) has authorized the investment firm Panza Capital, founded by the former Bestinver Gustavo Trillo, Ricardo Cañete and Maximiano Pablos, as a management company for collective investment institutions.

The manager has been registered in the regulator’s registry of entities and will continue to incorporate professionals into the team over the coming weeks, with which it will be complete by mid-October, as reported in a statement on Monday.

“We are taking one more step to meet our objective of investing before the end of the year. We only have to obtain the registration of our fund prospectuses and the incorporation of the rest of the investment team members. We will not start investing until we are not all here”, highlighted the president of the firm, Gustavo Trillo.

This company was born after Trillo, Cañete and Pablos left Bestinver in 2020. Two independent managers were also born from the Bestinver team prior to this: Cobas Asset Management and Azvalor.
