The Embassy of the United Kingdom in Madrid is going to open a book of condolences both at its headquarters in Madrid and at the British consulates throughout Spain so that those who wish to do so can sign it.

In a message on Twitter, the Embassy has specified that the condolence books will be available at its headquarters in Madrid, as well as at the consulates in Alicante, Barcelona, ??Bilbao, Ibiza, Las Palmas, Malaga, Palma and Santa Cruz de Tenerife.

In the specific case of the Embassy in Madrid, located in the Torre Espacio, it will be open from this noon until 4:00 p.m. and on the following days it will be possible to sign between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

In the rest of the locations, the schedule for this Friday will be between 12:00 and 3:00 p.m., while from Saturday it will be between 10:00 and 3:00 p.m.

The Embassy has recommended that those who want to show their respect for Elizabeth II come with some type of identification and comply with security measures. Likewise, he recalled that there is also an open book of condolences on the Royal Family website (https://royal.uk).
