The Monegasque driver Charles Leclerc (Ferrari) has signed the pole for Sunday’s race at the Monaco Grand Prix, the sixth round of the Formula 1 World Championship, while the Spanish Carlos Sainz (Ferrari) will start second despite his final accident with the Mexican Sergio Pérez (Red Bull), with Fernando Alonso (Alpine), who also went against the protections in his last attempt, starting seventh.
