Polygon and Solana. It has also announced its extended partnership for Fuse. This is a blockchain infrastructure for open-source payment systems. Fuse now routes 20% of its RPC traffic through Pocket Network’s inexhaustible network of infrastructure.
Fuse was one of the first to use Pocket’s network. Both projects have grown tremendously since our partnership was formed, with DeFi project Fuse now driving tens and millions of relays daily to the Pocket Network. Pocket Network currently hosts over 300 million relays per day. This number will grow rapidly as more blockchains are added.
Fuse CEO Mark Smargon stated that “Pocket Network allows potentially limitless scaling of RPC read calls for Fuse. It’s exciting to watch how scalable, open-source financial infrastructure is being created through this partnership.”
Pocket plans to support 100 blockchains before the end of 2018, but Pocket is also working hard to strengthen existing relationships such as Fuse. Pocket projects will soon be serving 30-50% Fuse’s traffic and are pushing for the same level of integration with other supported Blockchains.
About Pocket Network
Pocket Network is a Web3-based blockchain data ecosystem. It’s a platform for applications that makes use of cost-efficient economics to distribute and coordinate data at scale. It allows seamless and secure interactions across blockchains and applications. Pocket makes it easy to integrate blockchains into mobile apps, websites, and IoT applications. This gives developers the freedom of putting blockchain-enabled apps into every consumer’s “pocket”.
