The president of Junts, Laura Borràs, has regretted that she has “learned all the judicial information due to leaks to the press” before the decision of the Central Electoral Board (JEC) to prepare the withdrawal of her seat in Parliament.

“I was going to say that it no longer comes from here, but it does come from here, because we are talking about violation of rights. Whoever normalizes it, collaborates in it,” he criticized in a tweet collected by Europa Press this Thursday.

He has listed the “secret investigation” of the court, the presentation of the investigation in the Superior Court of Justice of Catalonia (TSJC), the prosecutor’s report, the request for the request, the closure of the investigation, the opening of oral proceedings and the judgment.

The TSJC sentenced her to four and a half years in prison and 13 years of disqualification for splitting contracts when she directed the Institució de les Lletres Catalanes (ILC).

The JEC also plans to issue the credential of Antoni Castellà, the next on the Junts list, sources familiar with the resolution confirmed to Europa Press this Wednesday.
