When the COVID-19 pandemic arrived, he was unemployed for 6 months, so he had to apply for new loans to cover at least his most basic expenses.” The Second Chance Law was approved by the Parliament of Spain in 2015. In general terms, it is enough that the bankrupt has not been convicted of socioeconomic crimes in the ten years prior to the process, that he collaborates at all times being a debtor in good faith and that the amount of the debt does not exceed 5 million euros. For people who cannot benefit from this mechanism, the law firm also offers to cancel credit cards, revolving cards, mini-credits, loans and mortgages. It does this by studying the contracts signed with banks and financial entities to see if there is any type of abusive clause and complain to Cofidis, Moneyman, WiZink, Carrefour, Vivus, Banco Santander, CaixaBank, BBVA, Banco Sabadell, myKredit, Kviku, etc.
