The new shares of Faes Farma from its bonus share increase for the execution of the ‘scroll dividend’ began trading this Monday after being admitted to trading on the Bilbao, Madrid, Barcelona and Valencia Stock Exchanges last Friday, as reported the pharmaceutical company to the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV).

The number of new shares issued within the framework of this capital increase has been 10.88 million titles, with a nominal value of 0.10 euros each, which has increased the amount of capital by 1.08 million euros .

Specifically, once admitted to trading, the share capital of Faes Farma has stood at 32.16 million euros, divided into 321.66 million shares with a nominal value of 0.10 euros each.

Within the framework of the ‘flexible dividend’ launched by the pharmaceutical company, the shareholders holding 91.04% of the free allocation rights chose to receive the dividend in newly issued shares, while the shareholders holding 8.96% of They decided to sell the free allocation rights to the company and collect the payment in cash.

Consequently, Faes Farma acquired a total of 27.84 million rights for a total gross amount of 3.28 million euros and waived the free allocation rights thus acquired.

“This thirteenth scrip dividend, as happened with the twelve previous ones, has allowed our shareholders to combine the payment of the dividend with the subscription of new shares,” the company highlighted at the end of April.
