Starting this coming Monday, October 23, Correos will incorporate the 7,757 people who obtained permanent operational positions throughout Spain in the selection processes carried out in recent months.

These positions come from the joint call that included the positions corresponding to the 2020 replacement rate (1,254 positions), the 2021 replacement rate (2,123 positions), the third phase of the 2018 Stabilization Plan (2,000 positions) and the stabilization process of Law 20/2021, of December 28, on urgent measures to reduce the temporary nature of public employment (2,380 positions).

The access tests were held on May 7, 2023 to apply for these permanent staff positions to perform delivery functions in urban and rural areas, logistical tasks and customer service in offices, with places distributed in all provinces. .

More than 84,0000 candidates were invited to this call in 44 locations located in towns in 28 provinces and in the Autonomous Cities of Ceuta and Melilla, tests that took place simultaneously.

This is the largest public employment offer called by the company in recent decades. Initially there were going to be 5,377 positions but in May 2022 the call was expanded by 2,380 new positions, up to a total of 7,757.

This expansion of positions was the result of dialogue with the CC.OO union organizations. and UGT, who participated in the negotiation process.
