Boerse Stuttgart Digital, a German company that specializes in crypto infrastructure, has announced a new partnership with Amazon Web Services. This collaboration is aimed at helping European financial institutions expand their crypto offerings in response to the growing demand for crypto services.
The partnership will focus on enhancing the scalability of Boerse Stuttgart Digital’s solutions, which are tailored for traditional banks, brokers, and asset managers. The company believes that this collaboration will provide reliable avenues for retail customers and corporates across Europe to enter the crypto market.
Boerse Stuttgart Group’s CEO, Matthias Voelkel, emphasized the importance of offering access to cryptocurrencies and digital assets to institutional investors without compromising on trust, security, and reliability. This partnership with Amazon Web Services will help Boerse Stuttgart Digital meet the needs of its expanding client base, which now includes DZ Bank.
DZ Bank, a major player in the German cooperative banking sector and one of the largest banking groups in Europe, will work with Boerse Stuttgart Digital to enable 700 cooperative banks to offer their retail customers the ability to trade cryptocurrencies and store them securely in licensed fiduciary custody.
The collaboration between Boerse Stuttgart Digital and Amazon Web Services highlights the increasing interest in cryptocurrencies among traditional financial institutions. By partnering with established infrastructure providers like Amazon Web Services, these institutions can ensure that they are well-equipped to meet the evolving needs of their clients in the rapidly growing crypto market.
