MADRID, 28 May. (EUROPA PRESS) –
The First Vice President of the Government and Minister of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation, Nadia Calviño, praised this Saturday the “success” with which the Government has faced “unprecedented” challenges during these four years that are celebrated this Wednesday, 1 June, since the motion of censure against Mariano Rajoy prospered.
“In these 4 years, we have successfully faced unprecedented challenges with an economic policy of fiscal responsibility, social justice and progressive structural reforms, to move towards more sustainable and fair growth,” the vice president wrote in a message in her Twitter profile.
Calviño has pointed out that the Recovery Plan promoted by the Executive and the European Funds have made it possible to begin to see “the effects of the reforms and investments to increase productivity and reduce inequality”.
In these same terms, the President of the Government, Pedro Sánchez, expressed himself this Saturday during a pre-campaign act for the Andalusian elections in which he alluded to that parliamentary text that was voted in Congress in 2018 and that caused it to fall Rajoy’s government.
Sánchez has taken advantage of his speech from Dos Hermanas (Seville) to highlight his management at the head of the Executive during these four years, recalling some of his achievements such as the rise in the minimum interprofessional salary, the revaluation of pensions, or the labor reform.
