The Large Investment Plan of the government includes a component of “skills”. Who will be the beneficiaries? What courses are covered? Part of the answer.

What type of training will be covered?

The training should be longer (between six and nine months) and sanctioned certifying will be preferred, has warned the government. But it also intends to develop “new services to allow job seekers to better integrate the dimension of interpersonal skills,” and “postures professional” to master, to hope to integrate in a company.

Among the 2 million of training that will be funded, 250 000 should be performed at a distance. Among the population of young dropouts, 300 000, should have access to a “preparation for learning and alternation”.

How to avoid the dropouts?

“Put ways, this is good, but that is not enough,” acknowledged Édouard Philippe.
