recruiters are bloodhounds. 53% of them also noted that the candidate cheated on their diplomas and qualifications… A practice more popular in the Ile-de-France than in the province (55 % vs 33%). Conversely, it distorts more the facts on his professional experience in the region (67% vs. 55%).

The candidates tend to overestimate how frequently their abilities as their knowledge of languages (33 %), but also the technical skills (39%), management (16%) and project management (12%).
