MADRID, 27 Oct. (EUROPA PRESS) –

The President of the Government, Pedro Sánchez, has reaffirmed his will to proceed to reform the crime of sedition, expressed in his investiture speech, and has separated it from the ongoing negotiation with the PP for the renewal of the General Council of Power Judiciary (CGPJ).

From Pretoria, where he is on an official visit, he has made it clear that one thing is “the legislative agenda”, in which sedition enters, and another is compliance with the Constitution.

“The agreement is ready, it is prepared, it is necessary to give a response to the political will expressed by the parliamentary groups,” he stressed, regarding the renewal of the CGPJ. “The Government says yes resoundingly,” she stressed.
