Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy Tab S10 is set to surprise consumers with a MediaTek Dimensity chip, a departure from the usual Exynos or Snapdragon chips. The Galaxy Tab S10+ model has been spotted on Geekbench with the model number SM-X828U, featuring the MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ processor and 12GB of RAM, running on Android 14.
The Dimensity 9300+ is MediaTek’s latest flagship chipset, boasting high-performance cores and a powerful Immortalis-G720 MC12 GPU. This move marks Samsung’s first foray into using a MediaTek processor in its top-tier tablets. The Galaxy Tab S10 series, including the Galaxy Tab S10, S10+, and S10 Ultra, is expected to launch alongside the Galaxy S25 series early next year.
While details on other improvements in the Galaxy Tab S10 remain scarce, it is likely to come with the new Android 15-based One UI 7 software. Stay tuned for more updates on Samsung’s upcoming flagship tablet.
