The return to Zarzuela will be brief, just a few hours, since the emeritus will fly back to Abu Dhabi this same day, where he has established his permanent residence for the time being, according to Zarzuela.
During his visit to what was his official residence, Don Juan Carlos will also meet Queen Emeritus Doña Sofía, who has not visited her husband in the Emirates in these almost two years, as her two daughters, Elena and Cristina, have done. , and also some of his grandchildren.
