MADRID, 30 Oct. (EUROPA PRESS) –
The Popular Parliamentary Group in Congress has proposed the creation of the National Museum of the History of Spain to “show the scientific knowledge of the history of Spain through the work, research and studies carried out by numerous historians”.
The PP suggests that this new institution could be established in the Palacio de Fomento (P. de la Infanta Isabel, 1, Madrid), current headquarters of the Ministry of Agriculture, which would be transferred to New Ministries. In this way it would be located near the Museo del Padro and the Reina Sofía.
Also, this new museum, which would have a budget of 300,000 euros, would also serve to show the contribution of Spain to America with the company of Hispanidad. This game, he adds, will go to the development of the museum project.
