The Spanish technology company Gtt, specialized in information systems for tax administrations, has acquired the Meana Group’s Public Administration business line.

The company directed by Carlos Rico has thus become a technological platform for Electronic Administration and an outstanding provider of these solutions for the public sector, according to a statement.

The company has a presence in 4,500 local, provincial and regional entities in Spain, to which it will add the portfolio of Grupo Meana, as well as its business in the Dominican Republic and Honduras, where it develops the national tax system in a project financed by the Inter-American Bank of Development (IDB).
