Vivo has recently introduced its first foldable smartphone, the X Fold3 Pro, in the Indian market. This high-end foldable device is set to compete with Samsung’s Fold and OnePlus Open models. One of the key features of this phone is that it runs on Google’s Gemini Pro operating system, making it one of the first phones in India to do so.

The Vivo X Fold3 Pro boasts a 6.53-inch cover display and an impressive 8.03-inch main display. Both of these AMOLED displays support a 120Hz refresh rate and offer peak brightness of 4,500 nits. Despite its large size, the phone is relatively lightweight at 236 grams and has a thickness of 11.2 mm when folded. The cover display is protected by Armor Glass, adding durability to the device.

In terms of durability, the Vivo X Fold3 Pro is IPX8 rated for water resistance, ensuring that it can withstand accidental splashes or exposure to water. To power this advanced device, Vivo has included a sizable 5,700mAh battery, which is complemented by a 100W fast charger for quick and efficient charging.

Under the hood, the X Fold3 Pro is equipped with a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor and comes in a single variant with 12GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 512GB of UFS 4.0 internal storage. The phone runs on Funtouch 14, based on Android 14, providing users with a smooth and seamless experience.

Camera enthusiasts will appreciate the collaboration between Vivo and ZEISS, as the X Fold3 Pro features a 50MP main camera with OIS, a 50MP ultrawide sensor, and a 64MP telephoto lens with OIS and 3x zoom capabilities. Additionally, both the front camera on the cover display and the main screen are 32MP, ensuring high-quality selfies and video calls.

The Vivo X Fold3 Pro will be available in Celestial Black color variant and is priced at ₹1,59,999. Interested buyers can purchase the device starting June 13 from various online platforms such as Flipkart, Vivo e-stores, and offline retail partners. With its cutting-edge technology and premium features, the X Fold3 Pro promises to deliver a top-notch experience to users looking for a foldable smartphone in the Indian market.
