The authorities of the Ukrainian region of Nikolaev have reported on Monday night that the attacks by Russian troops have caused power cuts in some of the towns.
The head of the Nikolaev Regional Military Administration, Vitali Kim, has indicated that they were repairing the problems that have been registered in different parts of the city, after the air alarms sounded throughout the night in the city.
In addition, Ukraine has indicated that at least five kamikaze drones were shot down in the Nikoalev region.
“Four drones were shot down by the anti-aircraft defense forces and means of the Southern Air Command, one more by soldiers of the Territorial Defense Forces,” the authorities have informed the local media, according to the Unian agency.
