MADRID, 31 Ene. (EUROPA PRESS) –
Judge Adolfo Carretero has summoned commission agent Alberto Luceño to testify on February 10 for an aggravated crime against the Public Treasury and for another for falsehood in an official document committed.
This is how it appears in the car to which Europa Press has had access issued this Monday. Carretero had already expanded the investigation against Luceño for these crimes in the middle of the month.
In the case of documentary falsification, it is related to the Scientific Police report that concluded that the CNI identification card and a plate located in a registry at his home are entirely false.
In that order, it was also required, at the request of the Prosecutor’s Office, the Madrid City Council and the Kuehne company
The magistrate investigates Luceño and his then partner Luis Medina for an alleged fraud against the Madrid City Council in the sale of sanitary material to face the start of the Covid-19 pandemic, an operation in which the City Council disbursed nearly 11 million euros euro.
The judge stated that the requirements requested by the Public Prosecutor’s Office both to the Madrid City Council and to the Kuehne company
Last September, the National Police located a plate in Luceño’s house that read “authority agent of the National Intelligence Center (CNI)” and several impressions of images of cards from the National Police and the Ministry of Defense.
Judge Carretero then opened a separate piece of the mask case at the request of the Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office to investigate the communications between Luceño and the Malaysian businessman San Chin Choon, the supplier of the sanitary material that was sold to the City Council.
Anticorruption asked Carretero for the Police to search the address of commission agent Alberto Luceño, suspecting that Luceño himself would be behind an email signed by San Chin Choon in order to falsely endorse his thesis that he and his then partner Luis Medina were exclusive agents from the Malaysian company.
