Robots, holograms, augmented reality systems or experiences in the metaverse such as living a ‘mascletà’ in 4D are some of the “most disruptive” examples that can be seen next weekend at VLC Tech X-perience, the technology festival ” most disruptive” organized by the Valencia City Council and which aims to give visibility to Valencian innovative talent and “bring it closer to the citizens”.

The event, which will offer a “total technological immersion” to visitors, is designed for “all audiences and all ages”, and will allow attendees to get closer to technology “in a close and barrier-free way.”

A giant The stage and the spaces that will house the stands of the more than 50 entrepreneurial projects have also been installed.

The mayor of València, María José Catalá, together with the Councilor for Innovation, Paula Llobet, will attend the festival to learn about the projects of local entrepreneurs, the entrepreneurial ecosystem and innovation in the city.

The mayor has stressed that with this event they intend to “connect Valencian innovative and technological talent with the citizens”: “That is why we take it to the street, to the center of the city, so that citizens can get closer to the projects, which are the entrepreneurs themselves who explain their most cutting-edge projects to them, so that they can understand them and awaken their interest in this sector. In Valencia we have a lot of talent and a solid ecosystem that we are going to promote so that it continues to grow.”

VLC Tech X-perience is a festival that offers “total technology immersion” to visitors. Designed for “all audiences and all ages”, it will allow attendees to get closer to technology “in a close and barrier-free way.”

The purpose is to “democratize access to innovation and technology” and for citizens to “feel attracted to entrepreneurship.” To do this, they will have various spaces where they can access the “most avant-garde” technological innovations in the city.

The stage will be the place to debate “current issues linked to technology”, such as the use of artificial intelligence, the means of transport of the future, the relationship between older people and ICT or the future of the city such as VLC Tech City .
