The Legal Vice-Secretariat of Vox has filed a complaint with the Investigating Court of Alcorcón (Madrid) against former Podemos adviser Dina Bousselham and her partner, Ricardo Antonio de Sa Ferrerira, for “simulation of a crime, procedural fraud and false testimony” in relation to with the complaint about the theft in 2015 of the mobile phone that hosted a series of information that was later published in the press.

The legal deputy secretary of the party, Marta Castro, has influenced in her letter to the Court that the defendants presented an extension of the complaint for the theft of the mobile “after” the recovery of the card of the same.

“With the aforementioned infraction, the fraudulent start-up of the institutional system for investigating the crime and punishing the offender is reproached,” he stressed in the complaint.

In it, he has also emphasized “the change of Dina’s version regarding the operation of the SIM card of her mobile”. Likewise, it has denounced that, within the framework of the separate piece that is processed by the Central Court of Instruction number 6 of the National Court, the defendants “have deliberately and consciously failed to tell the truth, with the spurious intention of maintaining opened criminal proceedings against certain persons as alleged perpetrators of a crime of revealing secrets”.

Thus, Vox has requested the Court to take a statement from the defendants and to add to the new proceedings the full witnessed copy of the procedure of the separate piece number 10 of preliminary proceedings, which is processed by the Central Court of Instruction number 6 of the National Court , including recordings of statements.

It has also requested that a full witnessed copy of the diligence procedure that has been processed by the Investigating Court number 5 of Alcorcón be added to these proceedings.
