The Criminal Chamber of the Superior Court of Justice of the Canary Islands (TSJC) has ordered the search, arrest and imprisonment of former magistrate Salvador Alba, in execution of the sentence that in September 2019 sentenced him to six and a half years in prison as author of a crime of prevarication, another of bribery and a third of falsehood.

According to the TSJC, in reference to an order dated October 17, the TSJC commissions the State Security Forces to locate the former judge “for his arrest and immediate transfer to the nearest prison to serve the sentence imposed. by final sentence”.
