The National Securities Market Commission (CNMV) has warned about 14 entities based in the United Kingdom, Italy, Luxembourg and Germany that are providing investment services without authorization to carry out this activity.

En concreto, la FCA británica ha avisado de Cryptofxtrading, Whitewell Capital Management Inc, Mooreland Advisors Llc, CG Associates, Lx Profit Lrd, Lex Financial Limited y Yabo Market Limited.

The German Bafin, for its part, has done so to Elliott Investment and EJ Investment, while the CSSF of Luxembourg has pointed to the clones Intreal.org and Alternative Investment and the Italian Consob, to FTI Finance, Broker Capitals Limited and MB Invest.

The CNMV’s warnings about ‘financial bars’ can be consulted on its website and investors can direct their queries to the investor service number 900 535 015, as well as through the query form.

In addition, the CNMV website offers a search engine for entities warned and a decalogue of advice to investors to avoid ‘financial beach bars’.
