MADRID, 29 Jul. (EUROPA PRESS) –

The investigating judge Juan José Escalonilla has filed the case where it was investigated whether Podemos workers took care of the children of the Minister of Equality, Irene Montero, and the former Second Vice President of the Government Pablo Iglesias because “it is not known” that no one from the formation ‘dwelling’, apart from their parents, will take care of those children.

“Not only is it not proven that Teresa Arévalo or Gara Santana were in charge of caring for the children of Irene Montero and Pablo Iglesias, but there is even no proof that any person, other than the parents themselves, was in charge of their care during the while they performed functions paid by the Podemos political party or paid by the public treasury,” says Escalonilla in a car, to which Europa Press has had access.

“For this reason, since the fact under investigation has not been proven, it is appropriate to agree on the free dismissal of this case,” concludes the head of the Investigating Court Number 42 of Madrid.
