The Russian space agency, Roscosmos, has denounced this Wednesday a denial of service (DDoS) attack after the publication on Tuesday of satellite images of the Pentagon, the headquarters of the NATO summit in Madrid (IFEMA) and other “centres decision of NATO”.

“After the publication of satellite images of (NATO) ‘decision-making centers’, the corporation’s website has been the victim of a DDoS attack,” Roscosmos spokesman Dimitri Strugovets was quoted as saying. the Russian news agency TASS.

Strugovets explained that “unlike what happened in March and April, this time the attack did not come from abroad, but from one of our cities, Yekaterinburg.”

On Tuesday Roscosmos published satellite images of NATO countries that support Ukraine. Thus, images of the White House, the Pentagon, the British Ministry of Defense and other facilities in France, Germany or Brussels have been released with their respective coordinates taken by Resurs-P satellites.
