The minister has emphasized that Spain must have an “excellent” relationship with all its neighbors. “Nobody escapes the fact that the one we have where the southern border is is Morocco and we have to have a very good relationship with Morocco and also with Algeria,” he added, while ensuring that this is the balance that has come maintained Spain and they are going to “continue to maintain”.
