MADRID, 26 Jul. (EUROPA PRESS) –

The leader of Vox, Santiago Abascal, has assured after learning that the Supreme Court (TS) has confirmed the conviction of the former presidents of the Junta de Andalucía Manuel Chaves and José Antonio Griñán for the Andalusian ‘ERE case’ that “either with the PSOE or you are with the Spaniards”.

As Abascal wrote this Tuesday in a message on his Twitter profile, collected by Europa Press, Justice has agreed with the Andalusians “who were looted by the PSOE in what was a huge corrupt plot.”

“Today cannot be considered a sad day. Either you are with the PSOE or you are with the Spanish,” he added in his ‘tweet’.

The Supreme Court (TS) has confirmed the conviction of the former presidents of the Junta de Andalucía Manuel Chaves and José Antonio Griñán for the irregular use of regional subsidies for Employment Regulation Files (ERE). The first received 9 years of disqualification for prevarication, while the second was sentenced to 6 years in prison for prevarication and embezzlement, which now places him one step away from entering prison.

Of course, according to legal sources consulted by Europa Press, it must be taken into account that those convicted could request a clarification of the sentence from the Supreme Court, which would further delay the materialization of the sentences imposed.
