MADRID, 2 Nov. (EUROPA PRESS) –

The president of Ciudadanos, Inés Arrimadas, has assumed this Wednesday that Pedro Sánchez has offered “whatever it takes” to former Catalan president Carles Puigdemont, affirming that the president of the Government “has no scruples”.

Specifically, Puigdemont has assured that, during the five years he has been living in Belgium, he has received visits from members of the PSOE on several occasions to generate “expectations of good treatment, via reform of the Penal Code and a pardon, as long as he agreed to appear before the Supreme Court.

“I have no doubt that Sánchez will have offered him whatever he needs”, affirmed the ‘orange’ leader, who has attacked the president assuring that he is “the only person capable of saying that he He himself was going to arrest Puigdemont to offer him a treatment of privileges”.

“The same man who is capable of changing the Criminal Code to favor those who support him in Moncloa, capable of negotiating with a fugitive from Justice,” he continued, alluding to the independentistas and Puigdemont himself.

For this reason, he believes that “in this he does not lie” the former president of the Generalitat and in this information “the lack of scruples” of the “worst Government of Spain in the entire democratic stage” is manifested.
