Fuller takes over the role of Thomas J. Uram’s successor, who was elected to a four-year term. Uram served as CCAC chair for the last two years of his second term.
Fuller, a coin and currency collector from his childhood, is a member both of the American Numismatic Association (ANA) and the International Bank Note Society (IBS). Fuller’s numismatic research was highlighted in Coin World, and the IBNS Journal.
Fuller is also the founder of the traveling museum exhibit, Black Money Exhibit : World Currencies Featuring African Historyand African Diasporic Cultures , and the Black Money Exhibit soundtrack; and the upcoming documentary-film, Black Women and Money.
Fuller is a doctorate in International History. He also holds a master of science (with merit), in History of International Relations, from the London School of Economics. Fuller holds a bachelor of science degree in International Studies, as well as a master of art degree in History and a certificate for Latin American Studies at the City College of New York.
