The number of people hospitalized for coronavirus in Spain has decreased slightly by 1.06% on average at the national level during the last week, although there are six autonomous communities (Asturias, Balearic Islands, Castilla-La Mancha, Catalonia, Madrid and Navarra) have registered an increase from last Friday. There has also been a drop of 5.16% compared to the last count last Tuesday, June 7.

Specifically, Health reported this Friday of 6,412 people currently hospitalized in Spain, 69 less than the previous Friday, on June 3, when 6,481 hospitalized patients were reported. Meanwhile, this Friday, June 10, there are 325 people in the ICU, the same number as last week.

The Ministry of Health has recently changed the way it deals with information about the coronavirus, also through data, so that it is currently publishing these figures on Tuesdays and Fridays.
