MADRID, 10 Mar. (EUROPA PRESS) –
The Popular Party has registered this Friday a request for the appearance of the Minister of the Interior, Fernando Grande-Marlaska, in the Senate to clarify his participation in relation to the investigation of the Mediator plot and if he provided privileged information to any PSOE position before make the case public.
Those of Alberto Núñez Feijóo want Marlaska to parade through the Senate, in the Interior Commission, to explain if his department offered ‘tips’ to any PSOE position before this plot became public.
The leader of the PP himself affirmed last week that the Government received “tips” about this Mediator case, which facilitated the dismissal of the already former Socialist deputy Juan Bernardo Fuentes Curbelo, involved in this plot and known as ‘Tito Berni’.
Likewise, the ‘popular’ claim that this appearance by Marlaska serves to explain whether he has collaborated with justice in relation to the request for an expert opinion on the works in quarters of the Civil Guard.
