MADRID, 27 Jul. (EUROPA PRESS) –

Turkey will launch on Wednesday the joint coordination center to export Ukrainian and Russian grain, fertilizer and other food products through the Black Sea, Turkish news agency Demirören (DHA) reported.

The ships will cross the Black Sea to Turkey’s Bosphorus Strait, where the joint coordination center in Istanbul, which includes representatives from the UN, Ukraine, Russia and Turkey, is located. Likewise, this center will be in charge of examining the ships that enter Ukraine to guarantee that they do not carry weapons or combat material.

Likewise, the aforementioned news agency has reported that a ceremony will be held this Wednesday for the inauguration of the joint coordination center at the Istanbul National Defense University.

Russia and Ukraine reached an agreement at the end of last week for the export of cereals from Ukrainian ports, under the mediation of Turkey and with the collaboration of the United Nations.
