VALLADOLID, 25 Oct. (EUROPA PRESS) –

A report prepared by the AmsFashion laboratory has found similarities between the fibers of the jacket of Esther López de la Rosa, the resident of Traspinedo whose body was located on February 5 in a roadside ditch, and some threads that the Civil Guard found in the home of the main suspect, Óscar S.M, located in the aforementioned town of Valladolid.

The report, dated October 10 and to which Europa Press has had access, has been prepared by the aforementioned quality control laboratory, based in Lugo, and consists of the study of different fibers of the brown jacket worn by the victim the day of his disappearance and death, in front of some threads or fibers found in the home of Óscar S.M, in the El Romeral de Traspinedo urbanization.

From the content of the study that is already in the possession of the Court of Instruction number 5 of Valladolid, in charge of the investigation, it can be deduced, as the main conclusion, that the fibers of the lining of the victim’s jacket, both in general and those inside the same, are similar to those of several fibers located in the suspect’s home, since both are “dotted” and also present “similarity” in the number of dots.

The report does establish significant differences in terms of the fineness of the fibers, although the laboratory experts warn that this difference may be due to the fact that they have been affected by the environmental conditions of humidity and temperature to which the samples have been subjected. , “being able to make several this parameter”, in reference to the incidence on the jacket in front of the threads located in the house of the suspect.

The evidence would support the thesis of the Civil Guard that the victim was at the house of Óscar S.M the night of the proceedings, something that the investigator himself has been denying to date, and this also despite the fact that recent reports, through the positioning of her cell phone, they place her at 03:26 on that January 13 at a point very close to the chalet of the person under investigation, near the intersection of the Traspinedo road with the National 122.

To date, the members of the Central Operative Unit (UCO) of the Civil Guard place Óscar S.M. as the main suspect in the disappearance of Esther López, in the early hours of January 13, and in the death of the young woman, whose lifeless body was found on February 5 lying on a roadside ditch, a short distance from the town.

The run over of the young woman by the T-Roc tourism owned by the investigated, for unspecified reasons, is the way in which the Civil Guard posits that her death could have occurred.
