The Court of First Instance number 70 of Madrid has agreed that the assets that remained in the Pazo de Meirás and that the State claims remain there for the moment in deposit until the lawsuit that the Administration maintains with the Franco family ends.
Thus, it favorably resolves the precautionary measure requested by the General State Administration and the National Heritage Administration Council, and decrees that the assets identified in the lawsuit, including those that belonged to the writer Emilia Pardo Bazán, remain in custody in the custody of the State. .
