BARCELONA, Nov. 30 (EUROPA PRESS) –
The Criminal Court 17 of Barcelona has acquitted the six militants from Arran whom it judged accused of alleged public disorder, violation of premises and damages during a protest at the headquarters of the PP in Barcelona in 2017, explained the Superior Court of Justice of Catalunya (TSJC) in a statement this Wednesday.
At trial on November 9, the six denied that they had blocked access to the venue and prevented entry or exit from the building.
The Prosecutor’s Office requested for them a fine of 5,400 euros, which the acquittal of the court rules out.
