Fluidra will pay a gross dividend to its shareholders of 0.70 euros per share, which will be divided into two payments of 0.35 euros each: the first will be paid on July 5 and the second on December 5, as reported by this Monday the company to the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV).

This dividend, charged to unrestricted voluntary reserves, implies a 50% ‘pay-out’ of the 2022 net cash profit obtained by Fluidra. The total disbursement will be 134 million euros.

Since it resumed paying dividends in October 2020, the company specialized in equipment and connected solutions for the pool and wellness sector has distributed 1.46 euros per title, to which these 0.70 euros will be added.

With regard to the first payment on July 5, for a gross amount of 0.35 euros per share, Fluidra has explained that the last trading day for the shares with the right to participate in the distribution will be June 30.

The date from which the company’s shares will be traded without the right to receive the dividend will be July 3 and the date on which the registered holders with the right to receive it will be determined will be July 4.
