Naturgy has obtained the renewal of the certificates for the Criminal Compliance Management System, ‘UNE 19601’, and the Anti-Bribery Management System, ‘ISO 37001’, from Aenor, thus confirming its good practices in these matters, the company reported.

The energy company highlighted that these recognitions are the main reference in Spain for designing and articulating criminal risk prevention systems and are inspired by the highest international standards in this area.

In addition, they mean the best practices in management systems to prevent crimes, reduce risk and promote a business culture of compliance with the Law.

The certificates have been received by the head of Compliance at Naturgy, Isabel González, from the director of Business Development at Aenor, Nicolás Henríquez.

González highlighted that the renewal of these certifications “represents recognition of Naturgy’s commitment to compliance, and demonstrates its firm alignment with the highest national and international standards in the matter, also guaranteeing its commitment to integrity and business ethics “.

For his part, Nicolás Henríquez pointed out that “these Aenor certificates are” the main reference for designing and articulating criminal risk prevention systems and are inspired by the highest international standards in this matter”.
