The Burmese Air Force dropped two bombs on the village of Pazigyi in Sagaing on Wednesday. UN Secretary General António Guterres condemned the attack, as did the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN), calling in a statement for an “immediate end to all forms of violence, especially the use of force against civilians.”
