Bangkok restaurants take the No.1 and No.3 spots, with Le Duy Nusara respectively. Le Du, helmed by chef Thitid ‘Ton’ Tassanakajohn, presents a modern take on refined Thai food, interpreted through a French twist. Their menus promote the use of seasonal and local ingredients, as well as a firm belief in the superiority of Thai products. Tokyo’s Sézanne is The Best Restaurant in Japan, ranked No.2.
