The company specialized in customer experience management services Majorel will execute an employment regulation file (ERE) that will affect 133 people in Spain, as reported by the company in a statement this Wednesday.
Specifically, the collective dismissal will affect 133 employees at the company’s work centers in Barcelona, ??Madrid, Jerez de la Frontera, Salamanca and Zaragoza.
The firm has indicated that the adoption of this measure is due to technical, organizational and productive causes.
In that sense, this ERE adds to the one undertaken by the company at the end of last October, which affected 223 employees in Spain, 2.8% of its workforce in the country at that time – around 8,000 people – -.
Regarding the collective dismissal announced at the end of October, the company explained that it was forced to do so due to the closure and decrease in activity of some of the services it provides.
The company then regretted having to take this measure and defended that it would serve to guarantee employment stability and business continuity, while reiterating its commitment to the creation of stable and quality employment in all the markets in which it operates, always and when the situation allows it.
