Mallorca, Ibiza and Menorca hosted this great meeting during February and March, bringing together more than 25,000 professionals from the sector.

Balearic Islands, March 15, 2024.- Horeca Baleares, the reference fair for hospitality and catering in our islands, has achieved its objective once again; be a strategic event and consolidate itself as the great showcase of a key sector in the Islands.

In total, more than 25,000 accredited hospitality professionals have passed through the three islands this year, sharing space with more than 300 companies and where some 1,500 brands have been represented.

Angel León, Paco Roncero and Albert Adrià were present on the HORECA Baleares stage, to whom a heartfelt and warm tribute was paid. Along with them, great professionals and future promises have made presentations and shwocooking, among others, Jordi Cantó (Sa Clastra), Álvaro Salazar (Restaurante Voro), Jaume Vicens (Béns d’Avall), Javier Hoebeeck (Fusión 19), Andreu Genestra, Alvaro Sanz, Patrick James, Jose Mª Borras…, proper names in capital letters that the entire sector recognizes, all of them accompanied by the great maestro Koldo Royo.

The fair continues to be that meeting point where synergies occur that allow companies to advance and improve their businesses. In fact, for exhibitors it is a surprise the number of contracts they carry out during these days and that materialize afterwards, so in the end they come out greatly strengthened by the usefulness of the event.

All of this has been possible thanks to public-private collaboration, joining the efforts of Institutions, Associations and private companies that work throughout the year to ensure that HORECA Baleares has kicked off the tourism campaign, generating an impact during its celebration. very positive economic situation for the islands, creating employment outside of the high season and contributing to the improvement of tourism quality to achieve the desired balance between tourism and sustainability.
