As the new representative of the Qubic ecosystem for Europe, his goal is to drive the company towards widespread adoption of AI

Madrid, March 13, 2024.- Qubic, a pioneering project in the crypto industry that merges the cutting-edge technologies of artificial intelligence (AI) with blockchain, founded by Sergey Ivancheglo, the promoter of IOTA and NXT, appoints Alberto Fernández as representative of the Qubic ecosystem in Europe. With an illustrious career combining experience in telecommunications engineering, programming and a deep passion for blockchain technology, Fernández will drive Qubic’s mission to revolutionize the way we interact with AI on a global scale. “Fernández’s arrival comes in a crucial context of global AI, in which he will bring his unparalleled experience and vision to ensure that Qubic’s innovative solutions reach new levels of adoption and impact in Europe,” says Qubic.El Traditional probabilistic AI approach is based on learning from large data sets and, in these data, patterns are searched to make predictions or decisions based on probabilities. Once trained they have a fixed structure, although they continue learning the basic architecture of the model, it does not change. Once they are optimized, the error in the predictions is minimized. On the other hand, you have Qubic’s approach called TrueAI or true artificial intelligence, which can improve and optimize itself continuously, including the ability to change its own structure and learning methods. This type of AI replicates the neural structure of the human brain. While probabilistic AI focuses on learning from data within a fixed structure and improving through parameter optimization, Qubic aims to develop AI that can self-improve, learn more autonomously, and interact with the world of a more natural way. Fernández started in the world of technology, when he was only eight years old. His passion for technology led him to specialize in middleware as a developer, with a focus on application integration and cybersecurity. His interest in Bitcoin began in 2010, delving into his involvement with the technology when he discovered NXT in 2013. His experience with NXT, particularly in the use of blockchain as a middleware layer, has been fundamental in several projects. In 2015, he moved to the United Kingdom to pursue his professional endeavors. Since then, his career has been a testament to his great versatility, spanning software development, training and business development. He has also collaborated with prestigious institutions such as the ITU, banks and large companies. He teaches classes in the IEB Master of Blockchain and Investment in Cryptoassets. Fernández’s recent participation in a Silicon Valley program, directed by Tim Draper, significantly improved his AI knowledge. “As the new representative of the Qubic Ecosystem for Europe, my goal is to drive Qubic towards widespread adoption, focusing on making IAgarth AI software accessible as soon as possible, turning the concept of True AI (transparent, understandable and ethical AI), into a tangible reality this year,” says Fernández.
