MADRID, February 22, 2024.- The awards created by the digital newspaper DiegoCoquillat.com recognize each year excellence in digital and technological management of the best chef, group or franchise, independent restaurant and virtual restaurant in Spain. They represent a recognition to those people and companies in the hospitality sector in Spain that have demonstrated that the management of digital environments and innovation are one of their main transformative forces. They consist of four categories: best chef, best group or franchise, best independent restaurant, and best virtual restaurant. They are the only awards in the world that value the effort and work in digital management, creating a community around the brand values, actively interacting with it and carrying out digital and technological initiatives that positively impact the relationship with its customers, its environment and the company itself. The seventh edition of The Best Digital Restaurants awards has had the support of leading brands in the sector such as Makro España, Last.app, Unilever Food Solutions, Pedidos Ahora.com, and ExpoHIP, sponsors of the event. They were presented at a gala, hosted by Oscar Carrión, Director of Gastrouni, which had as its framework a reflection on the new digital challenges for the restaurant industry, putting the finishing touch to ExpoHIP, the largest innovation event.
