In this strategic operation, Confianz provided comprehensive advisory services in the structuring, negotiation and closing of the transaction on behalf of the Iparfrío Group. The Iparfrío Group, with more than 45 years of experience, has shown solid growth, increasing its turnover from 14 million euros in 2018 to a projection of 35 million by 2028, thanks to a solid organic growth project and the acquisition of complementary companies jointly with Syclef.
For its part, the Syclef Group, with more than 30 subsidiary companies in France and a turnover of more than 300 million euros, acquires the Iparfrío Group with the aim of using it as a platform for its growth in Spain, both organically and through more complementary acquisitions in Spain and, thus, create a significant group through its Syclef Iberia holding company.
Manuel Urrutia also highlighted the importance of globally understanding the company and the market in which it operates to successfully carry out a M operation.
The Confianz team responsible for carrying out this operation was led by Manuel Urrutia, together with Álvaro Mendiola, Rebeca Sánchez and Guillermo Pampín in the legal and tax area, and Teresa Urrutia in financial matters.
