The lawyer and son of the president of the Constitutional Court, Cándido Conde Pumpido Varela, was arrested on Friday by the National Police after a girl reported an alleged group sexual assault, according to El Mundo and police sources have confirmed to Europa Press.

The woman reported that in a house in Madrid there were, in addition to Conde Pumpido Varela, two other men, reporting sexual assault by the three.

That same Friday night, members of the National Police came to arrest the three men, who were brought to justice this morning, according to the aforementioned sources.
